The Art of Webs 

I am not a particular fan of spiders but I am fascinated by their webs.  They are so intricate and they manage to seem both delicate and strong.

Usually, they are not easy to see.  One frequently cited reason people do not like them is that can sneak up on you.  Suddenly walking through a web is a decidedly unpleasant experience.

This morning when I headed out for a walk, the mist and the angle of the morning light turned our house and garden into a wonderland full of sparkling webs.  I had to dash back in the house to grab my camera to get some images before they lost their magical look and then disappeared.
